Acceptance of WorkSubmitting any film, print, slide or negative to this firm for processing, printing or other handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damages or loss by our Company, even though due to negligence or other fault by our Company, subsidiary or agents, will entitle you only to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing. Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the film, print, slide or negative is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded, unless we agree in writing to assume a greater obligation. We are not responsible for work left over 30 days. OvertimeIf you need faster service, we will try to accommodate your needs, depending on the scheduling in our lab. If overtime is needed to complete your rush job, our rate is $42.50 per hour. Order InformationSpecial QuotationsSpecial quotations are available for any unusual sizes, quantities or special jobs required. Please contact any of our sales representatives should you have questions. CroppingSpecify cropping instructions by drawing on the sleeve or tissue, never directly on the film. Trace part of the subject on the sleeve, in case the film slides out of position. Specify only the most critical dimension in inches. When specific cropping instructions are not given, we will use our best judgment. When You OrderBe sure to state number of negatives or slides provided, type of service required, quantity and size of prints from each, and total number of prints in order. Sizes listed are standard paper sizes. Odd sized prints will be billed at the next larger size. When reordering prints, enclose a guide print to obtain the closest possible match. Approval PrintsApproval prints are strongly recommended for any complex jobs or larger quantity runs. Should approval prints not be desired, remakes or print refusals will not be accepted. RemakesIn the event that a remake is necessary, we require that you 1) return the material which must be remade, 2) return your copy of the original order form and/or instructions, 3) provide clear instructions as to what must be corrected. Remake requests must be returned for correction within 2 days of receipt of order. Please note: the "right" color balance and "correct" cropping are highly personal preferences that vary considerably among individuals. If no instructions, guide print, etc., accompanies your order, we must print per our best judgment. In those cases, your order will be produced on a "print regardless" basis and may not qualify for a remake.
